Newegg has the A-Data 16GB CF Type I (not Microdrive) at $127.79 (+$5 S&H). This CF offers great speed x40 and low power consumption.

If you are still a believer of this form factor (AXIM X50, X51, iPaq HX4700, or the upcoming iPaq 210 have CF slot), this sounds to be a good deal.

Combined with a 4GB SD $67 (non SDHC). You will have a whopping 20GB in your WM device. (bigger than the iPod Touch!)

reviews saying it works great on the Axim X50 and the iPod Mini: “Worked flawlessly in my Dell Axim x50v, I am very pleased with the stability and performance of this card. I encourage those looking for more memory for their PDA’s to purchase this one as the price is awesome, and the capacity is excellent! (You will only end up with 15.08GB usable, but still can’t beat the price!)”

“This was a pretty easy upgrade to a 6 gig iPod Mini. Changing the drive is pretty easy, just be careful doing it. Once the new drive was in, plug it in and iTunes comes up saying that you need to repair the iPod. Run the repair tool and it will come up as a 15.08Gig drive (some of the 16G is lost to formatting and such).”
