Extract mp3 from YouTube Video

30 April, 2008 Posted by SolSie As Multimedia, Tips

A free online service called FLVto offers the way to extract the audio portion from any Flash-based video (e.g.YouTube). You just need to copy/paste the URL of the online video or upload the flv file from your local hard drive. Upon completion, you will be prompted  to download the mp3 file back to your computer.

Note: this would  work great when combining with  MyStrands.tv to discover new music videos.
