Today, as anticipated, HTC press announcement event took place in London. The main attraction was the HTC Diamond, a Windows Mobile 6.1 VGA phone. The pictures and specs were leaked few days ago.

Beside the hardware specs is the new notable TouchFLO 3D, which seems to be more integrated to the OS than the previous version. Opera browser is chosen while waiting the availability of a newer mobile IE from Microsoft. A stand-alone YouTube app was developed in cooperation between HTC and Google promised to deliver awesome video experience.
Regrettably, Android based phone and other HTC phones including the much anticipated HTC Raphael with sliding keyboard were not featured at the event.
The availability will be June timeframe for Asia, Europe. Other parts of the world have to wait until next year. Video after the jump!
